Do we need to rethink security? A citizenship investigation

Drawing on numeracy, speaking and listening and critical thinking, learners begin by exploring the idea of security – what makes us safer and what makes us feel safe? They progress by evaluating and prioritising a range of risks that face us today including knife crime, climate change, and even spiders! All content and notes are included in the slide show. For students aged 11-14.
